Every Oregon resident receives one DMT — free, automatic, equal. No purchase. No qualification. No exception. Residency is verified once at issuance.

When you allocate tokens to a community program, you simultaneously fund it and register a democratic preference. The aggregate is the real-time public will — no representatives, no interpretation.
Oregon loses thousands of family farms every census cycle — not to drought, but to corporate acquisition. When a retiring farmer has no heir, a corporate aggregator buys. Demos lets the community itself organize the alternative.
